Brief
The design of the Paddock Pass had to appeal to a broad range of personas ranging from investors, celebrities, and influencers, to artists, gamers and crypto enthusiasts. It needed to feel exclusive, premium, innovative and differentiate and have a strong identity and elevate SWG from the monotony of the current NFT noise. The design aesthetic was created to feel like it is a device that exists in the real world. Something that sparks the imagination and that could be touched and interacted with, something that is imagined to contain futuristic technology. Something that is beautiful but also has familiar design attributes that communicate near-futurism and the world of racing.

The Paddock Pass was designed as a premium product, combining surface finishes, coatings, and material contrasts to enhance its aesthetic and tactile appeal. A mix of smooth and textured surfaces, along with glossy and matte elements, creates depth and sophistication, while streamlined curves and a polished metal finish add elegance. Industrial influences, such as carbon fiber patterns, racing chevrons, curved cutaways, bolts, and rivets, introduce intricate detailing and reinforce its connection to motorsport. Futuristic elements, including strategic lighting, a glass digital display, and glowing components, highlight cutting-edge technology and mystery, resulting in a design with edge, attitude, and exclusivity.
